My passion for physiotherapy is deeply tied to my love of action sports. This lifelong connection to action sports also gives me a unique insight into the physical demands and common injuries athletes face.
Favourite Conditions to Treat:
I enjoy treating musculoskeletal injuries — especially knee and shoulder issues.
What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
Spending time on the slopes & exploring different cultures and food!
What would be your personal motto?
Progress over perfection!
Who is someone you admire and why?
I admire LeBron James for his incredible discipline and longevity in his career. He’s stayed at the top of one of the most demanding sports for over two decades, which takes a huge amount of commitment, consistency, and self-care. His ability to maintain such a high level of performance year after year is something I really respect.
Your most-outstanding achievement:
Moving abroad and adapting to a completely new environment at a young age — while growing both personally and professionally — is something I’m really proud of.
